CSMD is one of the simplest pieces of sound mixing software currently on the market. It is designed for small drama groups and schools to allow them run their show sound effects and music with the minium technical knowledge required. Although this is the main use of CSMD also and is used extensivly for larger professional shows.
The software replaces numerous pieces of kit with one, a laptop or pc. All you need to do is find a laptop or pc with a mid range sound card on, install the software, and your away. There are currently two products available to customer, CSMD Standard and CSMD Advanced. The Advanced version gives added functionality by allowing users to pre program more track settings. The following pages will explain the differences between the products. Please use the menu on the left of the page. CSMD is a WJPS project which started life in 2005 for an yorkshire amateur drama group who wanted to run their sound system on a budget, without hiring in extra equipment.
Since 2005 the software has become a commercial project which has developed in line with its customers needs and requirements. WJPS are a rapidly expanding and dynamic software house who have been developing software for a number of years now and have built up a reputation as friendly and caring, we feel our customers always need to come first. Because of this we encourage customers to put forward their ideas and suggestions regarding the software. In most cases we try to accomodate and provide a solution to their requirement. This venture has been slightly different to WJPS' previous business ventures but has been equally successful to date.
